* When signing up for the newsletter: If you actively sign up for our newsletter (via a pop-up or at checkout), we collect your name and email address so we can send you inspiration, exclusive launches, and styling guides. You can unsubscribe at any time with a single click at the bottom of any email.

3. Sharing of Personal Information (Our Premium Network)

To deliver your clothing directly from our independent global design partners, it is necessary to share selected information with our trusted partners:

1. Our design and dropshipping partners: We share your shipping information (name, address, phone number) with the specific designer/supplier who packs and ships your item. They use this information solely to complete the shipment.

2. Shipping and logistics companies: Your data is shared with the carriers (e.g., PostNord, GLS, DHL) responsible for the physical delivery to your door or a package pickup location.

3. Payment providers: When you make a payment, your card information is processed securely and encrypted directly by our authorized payment processors. We never have access to your full card details.

4. Technical data processors: We use IT systems and platforms (such as Shopify and email systems) that store data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.

We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. How long do we retain your data?

We only retain your information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

* Purchase history: We retain information related to your purchase for 5 years from the end of the fiscal year to which the data pertains, in accordance with the Danish Accounting Act.
* Newsletter: Information used for marketing purposes is retained until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe).
